TIA has therefore arranged for EAP Services to provide employee assistance support to our members at a heavily discounted rate.
EAP Services is New Zealand’s leading employee assistance programme, providing world-class support to enhance staff wellbeing, development and performance.
EAP offers confidential telephone, in-person, video or e-counselling appointments. It can be really beneficial to talk through a work or personal issue with someone who is impartial, non-judgemental, and who is also trained to assist others to cope and/or overcome what’s troubling them.
Once your business is registered with EAP, you and your employees can access all EAP key services at the following rates:
Fees – valid to 31/12/2022
- Establishment fee waived (usually $350)
- Discounted annual membership fee of between $50-$200, depending on business size (usually $455 for businesses with less than 50 staff)
- Per session counselling fee of $145.
